You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm PrivaSynth, its users, or third parties. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the Service or its AI models.
- Using the Service to generate documents for illegal activities or to promote hate speech, discrimination, or violence.
- Distributing viruses, malware, or other harmful computer code.
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service or its data.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding content provided by you) are and will remain the exclusive property of PrivaSynth and its licensors. This includes all underlying software, AI algorithms, document templates (as conceptual frameworks), visual design, and other technology. PrivaSynth grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes to generate documents. You own the specific content of the documents you generate based on your inputs. However, you agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of our Service or its underlying templates without our prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer of Legal Advice and Warranties
PrivaSynth is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or recommendations about your legal rights, remedies, defenses, options, or strategies. The Service provides AI-assisted document template generation for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney licensed in your jurisdiction.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PRIVASYNTH, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100.00).
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PrivaSynth, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Service; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party. This indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Service.
9. Privacy

10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, at our sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, including if you violate these Terms, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
